Electives

The Paralegal Program Elective courses are fantastic classes to take while at Inver Hills Community College. They may be taken to enhance students' skills and increase knowledge in areas of interest. These courses are often taught by experience lawyers and paralegals who bring a wealth of knowledge and practicality to the course.

Students with paralegal experience may petition to waive the 4-credit Paralegal Internship course (PA 1189) and substitute 4 credits ((two 2- credit classes) of Paralegal Program Electives list below. Please contact the Paralegal Program Director for details and information.
