*NEW* Stress Reducing Workshop 2 ½ hour workshop (1 session) Minimum number of students 12, maximum 30 One Class Meeting: Introductions, guided relaxation, discussion. Teach various techniques for stress reduction. Exercise on creating new responses to stress. Education on use of hypnosis. Hypnotic induction followed by a discussion/ Q & A session. Handouts: Creating New Responses to Stressful Situations Exercise, Stress Reducing Techniques, Affirmations for Stress Reduction, The Shoulds Exercise, Diet recommendations for reducing stress.
