Nurses Aide Registry Exam
Students will need the following when coming to the exam: 1) The form titled "Minnesota NNAAP Application for Competency Evaluation". (This form will be completed by the instructor and student the last day of classroom training or at clinicals. At this time, the student will give form to instructor and instructor will bring to Customized Training Office.) 2) A Cashier’s Check or Money Order made payable to PEARSON/VUE in the amount of $55.00 must be brought to the test site at the time of testing, no exceptions. (Cash and personal checks are not accepted). 3) Two forms of ID. One of the ID’s must be a photo ID, no exceptions. (Types of acceptable ID’s are: Driver’s License, Social Security Card, School ID, etc.) 4) A #2 lead pencil for the written test and a black ink pen for completing forms as needed. 5) Retest skills $59.00 Payable to IHCC, $16.50 payable to Pearson Vue (money order or cashier check). Retest Written $59.00 Payable to IHCC, $38.50 payable to Pearson Vue (money order or cashier check) ALL EXAMS WILL BE HELD IN THE SCIENCE BUILDING, ROOMS 203 AND 230 INVER HILLS COMMUNITY COLLEGE, 2500 80TH ST.
