STUDENTS WILL NEED THE
FOLLOWING WHEN COMING TO THE EXAM:
1.
The form titled “Minnesota NNAAP Application for
Competency Evaluation”.
(This form will be
completed by the instructor and student the last day of
classroom training or at clinical.
At this time, the student will give form to
instructor and instructor will bring to Customized
Training Office.)
2.
A Cashier’s Check or Money Order made
payable to
PEARSON/VUE in the amount of $59.00
must be brought to the test site at the time of testing,
no exceptions.
3.
Make sure you bring with you:
a. Two forms of ID.
One of the ID’s must be a photo ID, no
exceptions. (Types of acceptable ID’s
are:
Driver’s License, Social Security Card, School ID,
etc.)
b. Watch with a second
hand
c. A #2 lead
pencil for the written test and a black ink pen for
completing forms
4.
NO admittance to
exams if candidate shows up past 5PM on weekdays and/or
9AM on Saturdays
5.
If retesting for skills only the cost of the exam is
$100.00 with additional cost of $19.00 made
payable to
PEARSON/VUE.
6.
If retesting for written only the cost of the exam is
$75.00 with additional cost of $40.00 made
payable to
PEARSON/VUE.
7.
If retesting for Oral written only the cost of the exam
is $100.00 with additional cost of $40.00 made
payable to
PEARSON/VUE.

203 AND 230

REFUNDS: You may
obtain a refund by calling at least 3 business days
before the first class session. Refunds are not
given after this deadline. Refunds are not given after
the start date of the class.
TO REGISTER: Call
the Customized Training/Continuing Education Office on
campus at 651-450-3578 or stop in the office between
7:30am-4:00pm.
The office is located in the College Center Bldg,
Room 287 (upper level) near the Information Center.
