Learn about how the Technique can help you enhance your comfort and performance in all your daily activities, whether it’s working at your desk, carrying your child, swinging a racket/golf club or playing an instrument.

The class sessions will introduce you to the principles of the Technique, and a half-hour private lesson scheduled individually with the instructor (optional) will introduce its practical aspects. Part of the class will involve learning a constructive rest position lying on the floor. You may want to bring a yoga mat or thick towel. Come explore! (Class consisting of two 1.5 hour group sessions, & a 1/2 hour private lesson for each participant.)
