leadership for the common good. ALVA is a life changing
course to help you discover your life’s work, understand
barriers and opportunities to leadership in later life,
plan and implement a project to use your skill and
experience and build a new network of friends interested

with community leaders and experts.
Participants can expect a robust conversation and
