Installed equipment
Media Services maintains the audio-visual equipment installed in classrooms, labs and conference rooms. All classrooms have:

Reservations
Services are provided on a first come, first served basis. Reservations with 24-hour notice are encouraged to allow the staff to ensure the equipment will be ready for use. Call Media Services to make a reservation.
General use policy
The college makes audio-visual equipment and services available to support college-related events and services, not the general public. Anyone requesting to use college equipment and services are expected to adhere to State of Minnesota legislation and policies related to the personal use of state property.
Student use
Students are allowed to use the services provided to support their coursework or Student Life activities. All requests for student use must come from the instructor or advisor.
