In-service workshops
Jim Deacon, Instructional Technology Designer, provides a wide variety of workshops focusing on the technologies available at the college. A workshops schedule is developed monthly with a variety of dates and times. The schedule is distributed by e-mail to all employees and is also posted in the Public Folders section of Outlook. The target audience is typically instructors, but many workshop participants are staff employees who want to learn to use a specific technology for work or at home.
Individual assistance
Individual assistance with course design or specific technologies is available by appointment. Simply contact Jim Deacon to set up a mutually agreeable time and place.
