Service to Others
Concerns the learned ability to be "of service" to people helping or responding to their needs while maintaining clearly defined limits, as in the caring professions, retail ("customer service") settings, police work, or altruistic assistance.

Is able to accurately identify and assess one's own group behaviors, as well as those of other group participants within the context of the group goal.
