Numbering Scheme

 

  • We can number by room and drawer:
    • 222-001 (full room number and anumber for drawers)
    • 22-001 (the same, just using the last two digits
    • P-001( p for prep, m for micro, g for general, ap for A&P etc)
  • Or number buy room an somewhat by position, this is very much like what we did before when we were moving.
    • eg 222-A1, 222-A2, 222-A3 ( would be a set of three drawers )
    • 222-B1, 222-B2 ( a cabinet with two doors )
  • Or can you think of anything else?
