(Adult
Success Through Accelerated Programs) is an accelerated program which
is designed for adults who want to earn a college degree
at an accelerated, flexible, and independent pace. Students can earn
college credit by assessments
of knowledge and skills gained through
work and life experiences (Credit for Prior Learning), accelerated
courses that meet one night or Saturday a week, and other alternative
methods. Participants
develop personal and professional goals and a comprehensive degree /
transfer plan that encompass individual coursework and assessments. The
program’s flexibility enables the students to complete their degree at
their chosen pace.
